Created in 1997 by Christophe Thevenot, THEVENOT PARTNERS carries out the various missions of the insolvency administrator. Under the authority of the courts, the firm has dealt with the difficulties of many companies, small and large, listed, national or international, both in the context of amicable agreements or reorganisation plans or business transfer.
Structuring its action thanks to a team of about twenty professionals – of which the 4 associated insolvency administrators Christophe Thevenot, Aurélia Perdereau, Bertrand Manière and Vincent Bloch -, THEVENOT PARTNERS is established in Paris and Nantes.

Christophe Thevenot
After gaining professional experience in Aeronautics in Canada, Christophe moved on to a law firm specialised in insolvency and recovery. In 1997 he established himself as a Judicial Administrator, named since in several major cases by different courts of commerce in France, and mainly in Paris. He has specialized himself on preventive restructuring (conciliation, « ad hoc » mandate) and built a core competence in Strategic Negotiations and Mediation. He and his partners have also conducted several Safeguard Procedures, Administrators mandates, Temporary administrator or private receivership.
He is a past President of the Conseil National des Administrateurs Judiciaires et Mandataires Judiciaires. (National Council of French Insolvency Practitioners) and a past President of ASPAJ, Association syndicale professionnelle des Administrateurs judiciaires.
He is also Member of the Board and Maître de Conférences at HEC Entrepreneurs.

Representative for CNAJMJ at UNCITRAL United Nation Commission on International Trade Law – Group V Insolvency
In recognition of his extensive work in favor of the German-French relationship regarding insolvency law, during his mandate at the French National Council, he has been named corresponding member of VID (Verband Insolvenzverwalter Deutschland) in 2019.
Christophe is graduated from Harvard Business School (AMP), he holds a Mastère Spécialisé from HEC Entrepreneurs, and is a graduate of Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Marseille.
Aurélia Perdereau
A graduate of HEC, Aurélia PERDEREAU passed the examination for the profession of judicial administrator in 2003, after 6 years of practice within the firm.
Aurélia PERDEREAU was vice-president then president of the "Caisse de Garantie des administrateurs judiciaires et des mandataires" and judicial representatives.
She was a member of the jury for the examination for access to the profession of judicial administrator and leads each year teams of the Sorbonne University Diploma in Business Difficulties, as well as teams from HEC Entrepreneurs where she is a lecturer.
Bertrand Manière
Holder of a Master‘s degree in business law and a Master’s degree in business administration at the IAE, Bertrand MANIERE joined the firm in 2004. Bertrand MANIERE is the head of the office located in Nantes which is his main office.
Each year, he is in charge of a team of HEC Entrepreneurs within the framework of the seminar "companies in difficulty"of this course. Since 2007, he has been involved in the ESC CLERMONT FERRAND in the certificate of financial engineering, under the heading of companies in difficulty".
Vincent Bloch
Vincent Bloch worked for 9 years as an associate and in the firm, before becoming a partner in 2022.
He is a graduate of HEC entrepreneurs after a course in management at McGill University and the University of Quebec in Montreal, Vincent Bloch also holds a University Diploma on Law of Companies in Difficulty and a Master’s Degree in the Administration and Liquidation of Companies in Difficulty from University of Toulouse Capitole 1.
He is one of the founding members of the association of young restructuring
professionals (AJR).
